At the end of February, one of our regular customers came to us with a problem. They had just bought a DAF XF from us and were struggling to get the vehicle painted in their company colours. They were aware that we had a Bodyshop and could offer this service so enquired about whether we could support. Also, they needed to get the work done urgently. From that initial conversation, we were able to support the customer and had their new DAF unit painted and delivered back to them within 2 weeks.
We worked closely with their Workshop Manager – Chris Beet – to make sure we got everything done correctly and sent regular updates, so they knew what was happening.
